From Madame Jeannine to today
The cheese shop was founded over forty years ago by Madame Jeannine, as her customers fondly called her. Since 2017, we have kept her legacy alive: caring for cheeses like treasure, bringing them to perfect ripeness, then handing them over to you.
We taste, select and sometimes source our products directly from committed producers. From field to plate, we champion craftsmanship that respects nature and terroir.
