The shepherd's basket with charcuterie has everything you need for a successful raclette: three sliced raw milk cheeses (plain farmhouse raclette, smoked raclette and Morbier) and three charcuteries chosen for raclette (smoked Ardennes ham, Rosette de Corrèze and Corsican coppa).
What's in a kit
